I honestly liked this hotel, the checkin staff was very friendly , had a great all you can eat breakfast for only 14 euros and amazing location some of the downsides of this hotel ( i don't know if this is normal because this is my first european hotel) is the beds were hard and it was two twins put... A small group of us stayed here for two nights on business. It is walkable from the main train station, which was a plus. There are two parts to this hotel. If you pick the more budget option rooms, they are in another building and are decidedly less nice than the lobby or the upper scale rooms. We found the... More

One checks into a good lobby and then goes upstairs into another second class building. It smells and is decidedly run down. Walked into my room put my bags down and stepped into the bathroom' having just turned on the light and fell down the step into the room. What safety officer allows a step in a small room which... A single night in Frankfurt. The hotel is centrally located for the railway station and the city. There are several good (cheap) restaurants in the neighborhood, I often travel alone but I also recommend this hotel for couples.

I was in this hotel 4 nights for business trip. I found it not the best for business trips (207 Euro/day) in the following services: - Internet for free 3 hours (after you’ve to login again) with unacceptable performance (I arrived maximum up to 50 Kbs for download). I’m not sure if paying for the unlimited access has better performance;... More

We were a bit worried about booking this hotel, due to some comments, but we really had no problems. We were traveling with our 13yr old daughter, and I was worried about arriving into Frankfurt late at night. The Hotel is 300meters from the main train station. You have to pass one or two "adult" shops, but this was not... More

We were there for the Xmas market,3 couples for 3 nights. Our room smelled very strongly of tobacco smoke with ash trays provided. My wife does smoke, but perhaps the hotel should state their smoking policy and could provide no smoking rooms for non smoking guests. The location of the hotel is good. There was never enough milk, tea coffee, sugar etc replaced. We were forever asking for... Small German Christmas Markets tour. 3 blocks from HBF. Interesting thing happened. You will see this in other reviews. We all got GREAT rooms except one couple. IT was a disaster, come to find out it's sort of like 2 hotels, one side all you would expect of a downtown Frankfurt hotel. And the other, some extra rooms that are... More

The air conditioner was not working. I got sick sleeping there because of the cold temperature. The breakfast is the smelly Libanese restaurant was really minimal. The internet connection was not always working. They told me to sort it out myself. Eventually it worked but extremely slow to surf the net normally. I couldn't have a shower early morning because... The ramada is easy to find from the main station. The room was small but perfect for one and a stop over. A 15min train to the international airport. Close to main shops and sight seeing. Staff friendly.
