Stayed here with my mum while my son was on an exchange visit with his school. The hotel seemed very nice upon arrival but the room and bathroom was very clean but very small. There was no room service whatsoever. There was a stunning pool on the top of the building with spectacular views of Frankfurt. At night there were... More

I stayed 2 nights at this hotel. The per night price is EUR 350 for a room of about 8-9 sqm. The room was opposite the elevators so the noise throughout the evening and night was extremely bothersome. The shower door does not isolate the water with the result that the bathroom floor is completely flooded after even a short... More

Yes, it is right near the main train station and, yes, the hallway carpet is stained. The neighborhood is iffy. The bathroom was clean, thank goodness, and the breakfast buffer was reasonable for the price. Internet Wifi was very slow, even though it was free. A very utilitarian place to stay at best.

I booked this hotel because it has been recommended by a friend. Obviously he had more luck with the room. I saw two different rooms because I stayed for 2 separate weeks and both were dirty. The toilet was not cleaned properly and there were hairs left from the previous guest. The first room had a larger bed, the second... More

Just a minute walk from the main train station, not the cleanest and safest area of the city but quite comfortable if you're in Frankfurt for a short break and you're travelling by train. This hotel looks stuck in the 90s and has lost its charm. We had a hole in the wall and 2 single beds put together instead... More

Stayed here with a friend during a trip to Germany. Allocated a room probably left over of a space that was meant for a corridor. So we had 2 single bed, on on each side of an L shaped room, with the toilet at the end of the L and the door at the other end. Wifi is not free... More

I've always stayed here because it's very central (steps from the central station), presentable (next to the Le Meridien), inexpensive and decent for a business meeting over a drink. The rooms are small but clean and the breakfast is very good. But the internet is outsourced to Ganag/MyCloud and is terrible from time to time. A call to Ganag's call... More

Don't believe the publicity photographs they bear no relation to the fact. There is no way this hotel deserves 4 stars. The rooms are hot as there is no aircon, you have to pay for wifi, and you are kept up all night by the shouting of southern European beggars astride the pavements yelling at each other. The rooms are... More

I stayed there twice in July as I was taking Frankfurt as a hub during my Euro trip so I stayed once 2 nights and another time 1 night. The place is very close to Central Train Station a 3 minutes walk ( across the street ) and easy to reach. The room was on the 6th floor and was... More

Our room was nice enough, spacious and well cleaned. However, there was a liking from the toilet, that kept the bathroom floor wet... There were no blinds or blackouts, and our room was facing the main road, so it was too bright all night and and specially in the morning. As we had only a fan, the room was too... More
