We stayed there a Sunday night, so it was very quiet, plus that is the night the restaurant is closed. It is about a 4 block walk to the shopping district. Plus there were many bars/restaurants in the area. We had a triple on the third floor. Big and clean. We would recommend it. Plus, the breakfast was great! more

Hotel was all right, however overpriced, but visit was spoiled by terrible experience in restaurant. Food was bad and reaction to complaint was downright rude. Shame really, not the total package for a stay. Eat elsewhere. more

After an 11 hour flight to Germany I was not happy to discover the Turm Hotel was overbooked, despite my documented reservation secured with a credit card. I was moved to another hotel that was horrible. The room was so tiny I couldn't open my suitcase if the bathroom door was open. The hotel where I was placed was in... more

Our stay at the Turm was for only one night. We wanted a small, quiet hotel that was convenient to the rail system. It was perfect for us. We found it easily upon our exit from the U-Bahn. Although the hotel wasn't in an area that had much going on in the immediate vicinity all kinds of dining and shopping... more

Stayed here on two different occassions for business. Stayed in the Comfort category and the room and bathroom were a good size. Comfortable beds and nice decor. Breakfast was really good in this hotel- wide choice and friendly staff. There is a bar where you can pick up bar meals too but of a much better quality that what you... more

Good hotel with best location for shopping, walking around and even for business depending where should you be working. Very good in Spring and summer. Close to center but far enough to be unsafe. 5 minutes walk from Hilton and 5 minutes to Hauptwache and Zeil. Hotel is quiet, rooms are nice and well furnished, but not too big. Staff... more

rooms do not look like the photos - perhaps you might have to pay more to get the ones on the hotel's web page. The lobby looks 4-star but the rooms are more 2-star. Neighborhood is very dead but it's a short 5-10 minute walk to a U andS bahn station. The hotel is acceptable but unless you get a... more

Charming 3+ boutique hotel. I stayed in a single designer room with an Oriental theme. The only complaint about the room's facilities being that the shower was a bit small- I'm not too big so it wasn't a problem, but I can imagine that men would have a tough time. The bathroom is quite spacious, so there is room for... more

This was a very plesant surprise. Nice 3 star hotel which I can only give an excellent rating, as it was extremely nice. It's in a great location in the center of Frankfurt and had very nice and helpful staff. If you can live without the luxury of 4/5 stars then this is an excellent choice. more
