Having used this hotel several times before, would not return again as it has changed hands to what seem like uncaring amateurs. In particular, the lift worked intermittently; we were not advised that Frankfurt now needs permits to allow you to park on street (available from garages) hence we received parking tickets; rooms basic and fairly clean although shower head... Hotel is very close to the undereground (U4/U5) and as such it is a great spot for getting into the city. Parking is a problem as hotel is in a built up area - you can park at the hotel but it is limited. Reception is on the 1st floor and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had... More

The location is good, the room acceptable - perhaps except for the smell from the bathroom. The breakfast is basic, but fine. There is nothing special about the hotel, and the cost is acceptable - you get what you paid for.

When I went there and it was twice for working reasons,it was really comfortable and well chosen by me!The Hotel is not only close to "Festhalle Messe,"but the area itself is also in a very good location.Westend is known for the rich living part in Frankfurt.concerning the rating of a Hotel: People always try to find a reason to blame... I chose this hotel because of the price and the location. The location cannot be faulted - it's within walking distance of the main railway station, the Messa, and the university. It's in a nice area. And it was reasonably priced. However, you get what you pay for! A budget hotel does not have to be shabby and soul-less. A... More

Went in eyes wide open. Knew what to expect. With the exception of breakfasts which unless you are there at 6.30 am you can forget, the staff rarely replenish items which is very very bad it's okay. The rooms are tired but I thin for the money are acceptable. Cleaning staff need to pay attention to bathrooms. If you stay... More

lumpy beds, dirty shower, terrible breakfast - apart from the quiet location, I'm hard pressed to find any positives for it :( Yes, the price is low but that doesn't cut it with the overall experience

The location of the hotel is quite close to the exhibition ground and the subway. The exhibition "Messe Frankfurt" is just around 5-7 min walk from the hotel. Also the hotel is located in a quiet surrounding. The main station "Hauptbahnhof" is about 15 min walk. The building appears to be old and the interiors of the room as well... More

We were here for IMEX, when prices for all hotels in Frankfurt are ridiculously high. Our hotel was overbooked so we ended up here. According to TripAdvisor it would be okay. Not really. Dirty pillows, terrible bathroom. At 7 AM the renovation works started again so we had a rude awakening. The breakfast was okay but there was too few... More

I stayed at the hotel while on business trip in Franfkurt. Since I didn't get to see and use much of the hotel during the day as I was busy all day long, and was very tired on my way back to the room, I can say the following things: - location is convenient, as it is a walking distance... More
