Start with messing up the booking and taking 30 minutes to fix it. The rooms are average. I paid 30 Euro to upgrade my room. I'd hate to see tyhe standard rooms. I really expect more out of a hotel (yes, even an Airport Hotel) where the cheapest single, overnight rate is 200€, breakfast excluded. stayed here on my way to asia. this was my 2nd visit. On this occasion I stayed in one of the newer executive rooms and it was well worth the extra amount. The room was spacious, with an excellent bathroom. Dinner at the german restaurant in the hotel complex was of a high standard and in my opinion reasonably priced.... more

My fiance and I arrived at this hotel after 1 week in Baden Baden to be able to relax before our respective flights home the next day. The hotel worked as intended for that purpose.
