I stayed at this hotel March 16-18. The location and facilities of this hotel are very good, but the outstanding feature is the service. All of the employees that we met were pleasant and efficient, and in particular, the concierge was very helpful in suggesting a visit to Rudesheim and trip up the Rhine and getting us train information.

The hotel is very beautiful, with an inviting terrace. It is located close to nice shops and from here you can walk everywhere in downtown Frankfurt.

Hotel was choosen as it was close to a venue that was choosen to entertain clients at. Staff was very professional and friendly. Rooms comfortable and clean. Gummy Bears placed on the pillows which I enjoyed. Breakfast nice. Lobby is comforable but furniture is showing wear and needs to be re-done.

Did run a high class meeting and the service and facilities were just perfect for that. Location was in a convinient distance from the airport and hotell staff arranged all the tranportations precisely with collaborator car service. Definetyly worth for your best meetings.

I stay here regularly when in Frankfurt. From check-in to the restaurant/bar service is excellent. Bedrooms are large and modern (air con is thankfully quiet). Great location. The hotel public areas are welcoming and the burger in Oscars is simply the best I have ever had. Strongly recommend.
