“Basic hotel, Great staff.”

The hotel is basic, but the prices reflect that. The staff can't do enough for you. I wanted to buy a Car in Frankfurt to export to Spain and the receptionist offered to come with me as a translator. Everytime you walk past them they greet you with goodmorning/afternoon etc. Breakfast is good. I will be back on my next... More

You 're feelling like you are in your home. The hotel is small and not new but is clean and warm. The stuff from the director to the last employment they 're really nice and friendly. Really i was feelling that i was staying at my home.

“Worst service ever - do not stay here”

I spent a night at the Royal Hotel and the stay was anything but "royal". Check-in: At check in the manager / owner at the front desk was more concerned about yelling at a car driver parking in front of his hotel (in a legal parking zone) than proceeding with the check-in procedure. We just New Year's Eve at Royal Hotel. It was my second stay (first was a business trip in Sep 09). There is simply no better location in Frankfurt. I 'reconed' this hotel back in Aug when I knew I'd be going to Frankfurt (I live 1.5 hours away). The hotel in literally 150 meters from Sachsenhausen's bars and restaurants.... More
