The hotel is very close to the central trains, the metro, the fair and has great facilities and service. It is very quiet and has a nice garden in the front. It is very easy and fast reach the historic center.

one thing is great - hotel central location. Plaza shopping mall is within 10 minutes walking distance. The rooms are clean, however need refurbishing. The renovation is in the process - meaning noise, which guests are not informed about. The Executive Lounge (temporary one on the 3rd floor) is really small. Tables are too close . The attendant appears every half... More

Eventhough its convenient location it was very dissapointed to get wet with The Rain when we visited the show when the hotel is connected to The messe but they dont Open The doors any day so you are forced to walk outside with your coats, The hotel is a Little bit old, and The restaurants that used to be from... The worse part is that I have to pay €5 to use gym with dated equipments which I believe it's from early 2000 or even 90's. Strangely, you don't have to pay if you don't sign in but stupid me...I signed because I did the right thing. The check out staff was extremely rude....

Rooms looked like they were last time updated in 1970. Carpet looked full of stains. Also some on the wall. The legs of the chair were loose. Two tiny single beds pushed together. For the price I paid per night (about 300 euro because the fair was that weekend) was crazy. really not worth it. normal price will be a... More

This is a high quality good solid choice in Frankfurt situated adjacent to the Messe. I am somewhat surprised at some of the negative reviews though I think they are probably more as a result of the high prices some people have paid during tradefairs. I have had some amazing deals here through priceline.com and I'm therefore very happy with... More

Well located. Both airport and city center are easy to reach. Magnificent lobby and disappointingly tasteless, pointless and basically equipped rooms. Narrow beds, small blankets and lifelessly thin pillows. Breakfast has good choice, best i've steen in à hotel of this class. But it is overcrowded and the service is non existent.

Best 5 Star hotel to participate or visit messe exhibitions in frankfurt, as it is adjoining and hv internal entry, avoiding to carry warm clothes to visit the exhibition, making it royalistic comfy and extremely elegant staying with super breakfast at ambiente restaurant. Whole services at club lounge also make the stay extremely comfortable.

The Check in was okay, the reception seemed understaffed and the lobby lifeless. The room is okay, clean with a few hairs in the bathroom.. The amenities are sparse and everything set up for one person. It would be nice to have at least two tea coffee cups or an extra towel. The bathtub seems to fall apart but the... More
