The hotel is just 5min walk from the Main Station. The price quality is definitely a plus. The stuff was nice and friendly. Wifi is available for free in all the rooms. Breakfast in included and very okey for the price we paid. Infront of the hotel you can find easily taxis. Near the hotel are a lot of little... More

I paid 80€/night and this wasn't worth it at all. Pros: nice king size bed/pillows, next to central station, breakfast ok Cons: shabby building, unclean, mold-infested bathroom, no hot water available in rush hours, old towels, worse tv reception

Dear Cooookie, thank you for your comments. We do our otmost to keep the problems you mentioned from occuring. Since you did not mention these problems on checking out, it is diificult for us to check some of your complaints unless we know your room number. I booked really late, ie the night before I was due to stay and found getting a room in Frankfurt was quite difficult. Paid top dollar (well euro) for a very basic hotel. Plus points were.... reception staff polite and efficient, checking in process quick, room was ready at 2pm, wireless included (and its quick), breakfast was typical hotel buffet... More

Dear Guest, Like all hotels in Frankfurt, our rates are higher during the International Fair. The rates are much more reasonable outside fair periods. Over the past few years, the area has become the new "in" place in Frankfurt with the opening of many bistros and upperclass bars and nightplaces. We do hope that if you come outside of fair... More

This hotel is about three blocks from the central train station. This is not a great part of town, so as a single female traveller I would not like to stay there. With a buddy/partner/family it is fine. The hotel itself is newly renovated (there were some renovations going on but we did not see where). Our room had a... More

The check in process was very flawed with being told "there is no booking for you" never a good start for any holiday, this was despite providing email correspondence. The man then offered to give us a room for Euro 140 (we had alrady paid Euro 180). I then checked all the payments made on the internet and it indeed... More

While the receptionist was very friendly and the location of this is ideal, the room itself is very poor standards. New designs as Ibis Styles however the bedding contained bed bugs! Breakfast services had been fantastic.

I was choosing between ibis Styles and another not-too-far-away ibis, but just a little add-on, we can have breakfast and WiFi, and the best of all, even more closer to the Hbf, why not? Don't expect the room will be spaciously in style, but for me, it's already perfect.

Didn't plan to stay at this nice hotel, but I needed to extend my stay. And because of the last exhibition this year my hotel as well as other options were sold out. The IBIS Styles is a small hotel near the airport with an inviting lobby and friendly, efficient service. My room was quite small, but it was newly... More

We had thought to stay near the zoo which was the focal point of our trip. But were glad we changed our mind.and stayed at the Ibis, close to the train station and walking distance to all the sights of Frankfurt. Staff was polite and helpful. rooms are roomy, comfortable and pretty. Good breakfast. I have nothing negative to say

This was a great hotel for a stopover with easy access to the airport via the main railway station. The room was quite large enough, enormous comfortable bed, very clean room and bathroom. The breakfast room was excellent, very bright and cheerful with a great range of food. However, it is in a bit of a run down suburb and... More
