Disappointing, uncomfortable, huge smoke smell, shabby broken carpet; although rate is not too high no value for money. We would not recommend this hotel!!

Worst hotel I have ever seen, very small room "it had the feeling of a prison room". Bad location, bad service. No lobby, reception is in the basement and closes around 9 pm, the entire hotel closes around that time. An alarm went off, but no one ever came to check.

Here for 3 nights for an exhibition. The Fair Hotel West opened 2 weeks ago and was already full. It is so new, that the taxi drivers did not know it was there and we had to direct all of them. At the economy end of the hotel market, in very expensive Frankfurt. Not to be confused with the Fair...
