Dont be put off by the area, i am a young woman travelling alone and was never hassled day or night. The hostel is great, friendly staff, clean rooms, individual plugs in room, can use a kitchen and laundry service. The breakfast is great and they have quite cheap drinks to order at the bar. I went out on a... More

It's right near the train station, so it's good for anyone passing through. It's in the red light district, so you'll have to walk through that if you're going anywhere else in the city. Staff was nice. Rooms were a good size with nice lockers. The free breakfast was the best I've had so far. Kitchen is small, but usually... More

Maybe because it's my first time staying in a hostel.its seems very weird for me.in the heart of red district area too many drank homeless people hanging around making the place unsafe to stay.a fight broke at night near the hostel making it impossible to sleep till around 1:30 in the morning.very cold inside the room since they don't have... So this may seem like a bad area map wise, but walking along the area it isn't very scary. I am a young female too, so it's not like I'm a 6 foot tall dude. There is some really good places to eat right around the corner too and the hostel itself is cozy and quiet during the day and... More

I stayed in this hostel just a couple of weeks ago and had a great time!! The staff were always helpful and obviously know and love their city. The price was good, and the location for me was perfect...I don't know why anybody even mentions the fact they are located in the Red Light District. Above all on their website... More

I was told about this hostel from another hostel in Munich and usually I don't go with recommendations from hostels but I figured that there is not a lot to choose from in Frankfurt. I usually travel as cheap as possible and this hostel is not the cheapest but I was in a good mood! Pros: The best WiFi I... More

So the ups of this place was that it was in a funny little location, definitely a red light neighborhood, but I never felt in danger kind of crazy some of the things we saw like drug deals but it was all conducted nearby with a friendly jollity that at once seemed absurd and humorous. The place was a good... More

Clean hostel rooms and linen with friendly staff on the front desk that were happy to help. The times they seemed to struggle with were check in where they couldn't really handle the numbers of check ins. That aside its a nice close walk from the Hauptbahnhof. As like a lot of larger hostels do, this place has organised evenings... More

If you don't mind being surrounded by sex shops and having junkies shoot up all night across the street from you then this could be the place for you. The hostel is very safe and like in many European cities the red light district is mostly harmless. It's really close to the train station as well. The reception/communal area is... More

I was there for one night I had a double room with its own bathroom. The hostel is good the service is so friendly, very convenient for youth. Hostel is so close to the Haupanhauf but the street is a bit scary and noisy, full of prostitutes and game centers and gangsters + ugly smell. The Hostel from inside is... More
