Best western hotel at Darmstadt is very nice hotel. I was really disappointed once I could not find 5 stars hotels in Darmstadt. I have found one hotel but it was full. I have been many times to the Parkhaus Hotel in Darmstadt . First of all , you are only 15-20 minutes from Frankfurt Airport . Nice hotel and I agree with the other reviews. HOWEVER, there were two annoyances. 1. You don't have elevator access to every landing. So if you have lots of luggage, you WILL BE hauling it up and down a few steps. 2. Lack of feather pillows. My pet peave that makes for a very nice stay. more
Chose this hotel because it was easy to get to the Frankfurt airport and because I'd never been in Darmstadt. Service was absolutely excellent, price very reasonable (for me, I am a budget traveller) Location perfect Public transportation: excellent Definitely will return there any time I fly out of Frankfurt.
