I spent 4 nights in this hotel with my wife. We had a suite with harbor view, which was very beautiful and nice for a change. The suite was large and clean. What we didn't like is the street noise due to cobblestones. We read about this issue before booking, but were surprised how loud this noise actually is. Part... more

Returned late yesterday from a short weekend trip to Hamburg. I stayed with my son in the Clipper Elb-Lodge, not a standard hotel. The location is about 15 minutes to walk from the famous "Landungsbrücken", the ferry boat quay or five minutes from the local train station "Koenigstrasse". Built in a former industrial area called "Holzhafen" at the water front... more
