central location of the hotel, breakfast very good and the staff is helpful and friendly. The rooms are not very big but for a city trip it is okay. A stylish and clean hotel. If I will go back to Hamburg I will book this hotel again.

Considering the hotel is nearly £200 per night, you'd expect basic things like a working room key, pleasant staff and a quiet night's sleep as standard. You'd be mistaken.
