This hotel is in a great location right next to a U-bahn station and convenient to the downtown city centre. The rooms were modern and clean, and there is a nice steam room and sauna located on the top floor. We paid 178 € for 2 nights, which isn't bad for this level of hotel in Hamburg. more

My first room was way below 4-Star standard. After 2 complaints, I have been allowed to switch rooms to a better room. The best hotel I've been to in ages. Absolutely nothing to criticise - very friendly + capable personnel, hotel very nicely designed, food very good, meeting rooms + catering nice, very clean. Location is also really good, underground public transport directly outside hotel, only a couple of stops to get into city center. Will definitely stay there again! more
