arrived, told me they had tried to use my card and it had been declined. They stated they had emailed the broker and nothing they could do. After much arguing oh surprise - there is the same room as ours free but its more money. Had to pay it, late at night, no choice. contacted broker, hadn't heard from them.... More

A friend and I stayed for 2 nights at Hotel Lilienhof in a double room on first floor which is accessible by a lift. Room was quite small and we had no room to open our suitcases properly. There was a rather pointless table and one chair which takes up valuable space in such a small room, as there's no... More

We didn't expect much of this hotel but it was actually alright! We stayed here for three nights as part of our Interrail trip through germany and believe me, I saw worse hotels then this. If you just want a safe place to sleep, this is the right hotel. We were lucky I think, it was very quiet at night... More

It.s not really cheap like a hostel but inside except for having your own room was not nice at all, very noisy, wifi is 3 euro extra. No bathromm or anything in the room, very small room with only one small lamp workingso dim light too. There is a TV but h0what.s the use if there isn.t even one chanel... More

It was the best location ever. Literally 2 minutes away from the Main station. Very easy to find. We arrived there little earlier, we get the room immediately. Good staff, clean room, mini shower and community toilet, but next to the room outside. It was cheap, fast, easy. If I go back to Hamburg, I would be happy to stay... More

we stayed in hamburg for one night before leaving to italy - basically, its the cheapest hotel in the area. Right next to the central train and bus station so great for moving around. you pay for what you get - don't expect amazing. Had a shower and sink in the room but no toilet - shared toilet. We didn't... More

To cut a long story short I had 2 rooms booked - 1 for myself and 1 for a friend. My friend couldn't make it so I cancelled his room, but when I arrived the 2 woman on reception told me that I had also cancelled my room, which I hadn't. They said they could give me a room but... More

Once again I failed to read reviews on hotels before I book them. I blame panic. We've all had it, you see the room and you have to get it before someone else does. I missed one once, was not happy but that's another story. So I decided to spread my wings so to speak and head off to Germany... More

I'm not going to judge the quality of the service. Hell it's the cheapest hotel in this area and complaining about the size of room is not quite relevant here. However be EXTREMELY cautious when booking a room. I've made a small mistake that have costed me one extra unused room. I've booked the room at the hotel's website, but... More
