I stayed here for two days and enjoyed the experience. The staff were always plaeasant and courteous and the room (junior suite) was immaculate. The bathroom was spotless, the walk in wardrobe impressive and the overall dimensions of the room were impressive. Stayed in Room 152 from 2-5 Nov after seeing many positive reviews. 152 is a loft room and supposedly one of the better rooms.
