Very nice hotel. Excellent service and very nice rooms and friendly staff. Good location, with it being very easy to walk to the central areas. I would definitely recommend it to anyone staying in Hamburg.

The Sofitel is a really lovely hotel in a lovely part of Hamburg. The rooms are very comfortable and the bed is amazing! A much needed spa break at one of my favourite hotels! Really wished I could have stayed longer. The staff at the Sofitel always make me feel at home and the facilities are excellent. Looking forward to returning soon.

The staff is really nice and helpful. The price was ok given level and location I would have liked to know from the start that the matresses are deliberately extremely soft and one can ask to remove the top layer.

I stayed in this hotel for a night. Perfect location near Alster See and the downtown. Calm and clean. Friendly staff. The room looks a bit like a hospital room but this is common for all Accor hotels I guess
