I stayed at the Best Western Raphael Altona during July 2008. It's about a 200 yard walk from Altona train station, and thus easily accessible when arriving and moving around the city via the S-Bahn. This hotel is a standard hotel. It is located in front of ALTONA train station. This means that if your room is in front of it, you heard trains on the morning. Moreover, the road is very noisy.
