We stayed here when we went to Hamburg SV versus Aston Villa in the UEFA Cup. Standard fare as you would expect from a Best Western. Five minutes from the subway/train station then 10 minutes to the centre of Hamburg. Ideal base for a visit. Beware the all day porn on the TV! more

Booked this hotel at a semi-last minute deal. Was slightly anxious due to the low price sacrificing quality perhaps, but this was not the case. Stayed in the hotel for one night. Staff very friendly. Hotel very clean and spacious, bathrooms very nice, beds comfortable. Good location for getting into Central Hamburg. Very good value for money. more
This is a great hotel for the money! It's within a 5 min walk to the u/g train and is about a 15 min ride to downtown Hamburg. The hotel had excellent front desk service, very helpful and friendly. For a best western I was very dissapointed. The hotel was old and loud. And we were in a court yard, motel like setting. Close to transit though which was very convient. more
