We spent a night at this hotel as part of a package arranged by Miniatur Wunderland. There was nothing spectacularly wrong with it, and the breakfast, included in the price, offered a vast range of hot and cold dishes and a decent pot of tea. The location was unprepossessing. Decent ladies of the night
cons
terrible food
do not eat at the places that have all the ready made food in the windows . It made myself and a friend. We found restaurants were either to packed to get a table at or empty because the food was...

I have a few issues with my stay here but my rating is based on an issue that is not specific to my visit.

I forgot my pullover at hotel. After 3 calls they said that they found my pullover. I sent 2 messages to ask how to get back my pullover still no answer. It is now 1 week. So I will rewrite what can be do?
I have got a free upgrade to a "superior" room, so I can't comment on the regular ones. The "superior" room was really large and spacious. Farily large set of pillows to choose from.
Breakfast is quite impressive, lots of choices beyond the regular cold cuts, cheese and scrambled eggs. Great choice of juices, including a squeeze-your-own-orange option. The lunch...

Stayed two nights on a business trip, as it's the most close hotel to the office I was visiting.
It's the typical big chain hotel: everything is pretty average. No reason to complain: rooms are ok, nice bathroom, quite some space, breakfast is quite good, with the typical selection you would find all over the word, staff is helpful and...
