Excellent hotel that is centrally located to the downtown areas. Fantastic rooms and service. located next to the metro stations for easy local transportation. Only 10-15 min walk to downtown shopping and restaurants.

My friend and I (each in our own room on the 7th floor) stayed here for 5 nights to attend teachings with HH Dalai Lama at the conference centre next door. The hotel is well placed next to Dammtor S-Bahn station, next door to the botanical gardens, and in easy walking distance of shops, restaurants and the town centre. Our... More

The hotel is well located right beside Dammtor S-Bahn stations and Stephansplatz u-Bahn so couldn't be better in that respect. Check-in was functional and helpful in a perfunctory sort of way. Our Business Class room on the 16th floor had great views and was a decent size. Good sized bathroom too with all expected amenities for a hotel of this... More

I recently stayed at this hotel with my sister and my elderly parents (89 and 91). My mother is in a wheelchair which we had advised the hotel of at the time of booking. When we arrived by taxi the main entrance was only accessible by an escalator but a porter very quickly came and took us round to the... More

We recently spent four nights in Hamburg, staying at the Radisson Blu. We enjoyed very much our time at the hotel, for the following reasons: Location: Right next-door to an inner-city, railway station that was only one stop from the Hamburg Hauptbahnhof, (three minutes). Room: Very quiet, plenty of space, very good towels in the bathroom; bed very comfortable; in-room... More

I loved this hotel, the location, the staff, the breakfast was outstanding. The room with its tea and coffee making facilities and iron and ironing board was spacious and clean. The hotel is located next to a lovely park/garden which is great to walk through. The station is about 50m away and the town is a short walk. A wonderful... More

Recently stayed here on business and was very impressed by the hotel. The lobby, restaurant and rooms have a modern atmosphere and offer everything one needs when traveling. The breakfast buffet was probably the best I have seen in Germany so far with items being super fresh, the choice being amazing and staff being super fast and friendly. Excellent place.... More

Stayed for business, and found like many Radisson Blu chains these days, it's more style over substance. He room was great but be restaurants were disorganised and over-priced and eh reception and bar seem to be designed for Vegas, not Europe (they've gone overboard on the bling). The worst thing was the breakfast service: Plenty of choice but not a... More

I am a regular guest at this hotel which I could probably refer to "home" being away from home. The service is always great, reception staff, bell men, bar and restaurant staff always greeting (sometimes by name) upon arrival. In a nutshell it is always a pleasure to come back "home" in Hamburg.. They have recently introduced some changes in... More

I stayed for 4 nights at the hotel. Location is ideal to discover Hamburg: a short walk to the Alster or to Sternschanze and the Landungsbruecken or Reeperbahn are also quite close. I found the staff very friendly and the room was very comfortable and clean. Only disappointing thing was that as a returning guest (4th visit in 2014) I... More
