This hotel doesn't seem to have changed much since the 1970s. Far away from Hamburg's city centre. more

To start reception is a shambles. *If* they haven't messed up your booking, you are met with surly, uninterested staff. The rooms are OK, but nothing special. Beds uncomfortable with not enough pillows!!! Bar and restaurant are standard, and woefully understaffed. Finally, the cost of staying is far too expensive for this type of hotel.
