Great hotel. Reception Staff are very courteous and polite. Great hotel, clean, large and complete. I was very good. I used the Italian restaurant which I enjoyed. Garag very large and comfortable. I recommend this hotel in Hamburg. In my next working visit will be used again

Lovely grand old hotel, with modern refurbs (wireless key entry, new LED Samsung TVs, etc). Staff are polite and all speak English perfectly. Close to a main station and central Hamburg. I highly recommend this hotel, would definitely stay again. The spa area is great - especially the Relaxation room.
