The hotel is directly on pedestrian street with many shops and cafees and close to main train station (on the nice side away from the drug addicts and prostitutes down on Steindam...). We stayed for an extended weekend. The hotel is very luxurious in a very discreet way. It’s totally central situated in a historic building above a little shopping area, rooms are nevertheless quite and very beautifully furnished (lots of wood, lo-fi but warm) with a spacious bathroom. Good breakfast buffet helpful and friendly stuff.

The hotel is situated in a beautiful old building right near central station and on the main shopping street. I was with my family and the service was excellent from housekeeping to room service. My only preffered place to stay in hamburg. The rooms are beautiful and spacious and the toilets are super. I love this hotel.

Excellent location close to the train station, I have stayed there several times and have had a wonderful customer experience every time.
