I stayed for a seminar of one week duration. I pulled my self together and visited the wellness lounge on the 4th floor. What a nice surprice. Got a bathrobe and slippers at reception and enjoyed steambath, sauna that was perfect and with unobtrusive company of other guests. cozy and refreshing. Room service till late also great.

Very nicely located in the heart of Potsdam, surrounded by restaurants and shops. The bed setups are a little strange - put two twin beds together to make a queen - but not a big deal. Have stayed here several times and always enjoy it.

Ok the place in the city is great, but during summer it's pure hell. Hotel has no air condition system and the rooms are like a badly heated sauna.

I stayed at the hotel for one night whilst seeing the sights of Potsdam. It was nice and clean, and must have recently been refurbished. I stayed here for a conference in May. It is a great location, ideal for seeing Potsdam - which is a fantastic place. So green and clean, full of history. Rooms very nice and clean. Food fantastic. Conference facilities very good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Thoroughly recommend it for conferences and for vacations.
