I just returned from Berlin, where I stayed for two nights at the Holiday Inn Express Berlin City Centre-West. Absolutely recommendable! the hotel is very well located, near to the "Wittenbergplatz" metro station. It is very well furnished, rooms are very clean and comfortable. Delicious breakfast! Good location, well equipped and adequate rooms, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast. All in all excellent for a city break. Apart from the good accomodation and service, this hotel is very well located in the city's centre, close to the Kurfurstendamm centre and metro stations. more

The hotel was rather new with a good breakfast buffet. It was a great location in that it was under 15 minute walk to Potzdamer Platz, Checkpoint Charlie Museum, and Jewish Museum. more

I stayed here on HI points. Pleased to see that breakfast was included. Good location to the west of the city, near the shopping areas. This hotel seems to be in a "gay" area. No problem for us, just a bit "exotic". Clean & roomy. VERY nice staff (& very nice beer). more

From the front desk clerks to the room to the breakfast and location, this hotel can't be beat when visiting Berlin. Great price for all of the amenities. Clean, modern, and well-appointed rooms. Bus 100 stop is just a few yards away and hotel is within easy walking distance to Kaiser-Wilhelm-Gedächtniskirche, plaza, and KaDeWe Department Store. more
