Location, location, location. Great value very clean and quiet. Good breakfast. This property is close to every thing in Berlin and has great transportation at the door. The whole property is spotless. The staff were very nice and helpful. The only negative which is minor is that they do not have free internet unless you have your own lap top. The... more

This is my second visit to Berlin, the first time we stayed at the Forum Alexanderplatz (which is now called the Park Inn) and while the location was fantastic and the views from high up just breath-taking, the rooms felt like office cubicals, and the glass walled internal bathrooms took some getting to. Motel One Alexanderplatz has the same benefits... more

This is probably the best value for money in Berlin. Great location, buzzy atmosphere in the lobby, nice design, great price. It is especially good when staying for a short time or in combination with another hotel. I've stayed here a few times and it is reliable and cozy. Pair it with the Radisson a few blocks away and you... more

The problem with many Berlin hotels is that they are in old buldings and get very noisy. Motel One is a new building so is nice and quiet. It's big plus is the location, neatly between Alexanderplatz and Hackescher Markt. The rooms are basic, no wardrobe or safe but are clean and the bathrooms modern and the beds are comfortable.... more

I just stayed in Motel One Alexanderplatz for 2 nights and it was a really great experience. This hotel is really clean, bright, well decorated, has a great staff and for leisure you can't beat the location! It is literally about 2 blocks from the TV tower and trains which is a great landmark. The staff spoke English well, and... more

Excellent hotel, perfectly placed at Alexanderplatz, only minutes from the U-Bahn, S-Bahn and trams. Hotel staff extremely friendly and helpful, we were asked if we'd been to Berlin before and when we replied 'No', we were offered a room on on a high floor with a good view of Berlin. We could see the TV tower, Alexanderplatz station, Hackesche Hofe,... more

We stayed here recently for 3 nights. The location of the hotel is excellent with it's proximity to Alexanderplatz train station but you can barely hear the passing trains due to great double glazing. The hotel is located close to the TV tower which is a great landmark when sightseeing. Rooms are small but functional. For a short weekend stay... more

Granted Motel One is everything it sets out to be and it is very well located. But two factors gave me a dissenting view. Firstly check-in was a nightmare: there were groups of people crowding the reception area and I had to queue for ages to be told that my room was not ready. When I returned exhausted several hours... more

Excellent location next to Alexanderplatz and a great choice if you can accept simple rooms without much luxury. The breakfast is recommended. more
