Stayed a total of 5 nights over the New year period. Room is clean, which is very important for me. Room is very basic. There is no glasses or mugs for you to use (only plastic ones which is meant for you to rinse your mouth when you brush your teeth) and there are no Fridge in the room. For... More

I stayed at the Motel One Ku'Damm while attending a conference in Berlin. I found the room perfect for a few nights stay in Berlin. Very affordable, right next to the Stage theater and close to one of the best Korean restaurants in Berlin called Arirang. I highly recommend this Motel One location.

This hotel was recommended to me by a friend. It has recently been refurbished and the reception area is really decorated tastefully and modern and I love the turquoise. The room (607) was lovely and the shower was excellent. I was really impressed for the amazingly cheap price at how lovely it was. So close to everything and a really... More

This Motel one hotel has a good location towards West Berlin. U'dam and Bikini Berlin are 5 minutes walk. the subway is close too. Rooms are good, the hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. Just what you expect form a hotel :-) Good price value relation. Quite noisy since it is situated next to a rail track of... More

Staying here for two nights while on business in Berlin. My usual hotel (Bleibtreu) was full. My single room is tiny (664) with bed, rail for clothes, small flat screen tv, a tiny desk and stool and a chair. Big floor to ceiling window with view of the railway and S-Bahn. And it is right in the far corner of... More

We stayed one night here with our young daughter. This isn't a great hotel for children. The tables in the lobby are tiny and don't work well with kids. I asked for a travel adapter and was told I needed to leave a £20 deposit for something worth about £3. The lobby at the hotel is nice, but the rooms... More

We stayed at the Motel One Berlin-Ku'damm from July 18-20/14. We had a double room that faced onto the side street that ran between the hotel and the theatre next door. It was quiet, clean, and thankfully air-conditioned, as the temperature in Berlin was well over 30 celsius. We found the hotel staff to be helpful, and the wifi strong... More

This chain has it all correct; price is right for what you get, which is a great bed, hot shower, super clean room, even cleaner bathroom and a great breakfast. WiFi in room. We love this chain, even though we don't like chain hotels! We came for a choir reunion and sang in the nearby Gedaechtniskirche so the location was... More

Great value and location for this hotel. I was there with a large group of teens. Not always the best news for a hotel - but they were sweet as can be. Good full breakfasts - eat as much as you want and our teens did! The location is just wonderful when you need to get to different museums as... More

Can't beat it for both. Good modern rooms, wifi and great price and location. Only slight complaint is no draught beer. Standard motel one set up, but you won't get a better value room. Breakfast good and not expensive

Staying in Charlottenburg

Neighborhood Profile
Charlottenburg
Breathe in Berlin’s royal past while walking through the gardens of beautiful Charlottenburg Palace, which lends its name to this well-heeled neighborhood. Here you'll find some of the oldest homes in the city: upper-class apartment buildings with ornate facades and marble-floored foyers line the cobblestone streets. Stroll by sophisticated restaurants, through little parks, or around Lake Lietzensee. Window shop down Kurfürstendamm, the most renowned high-end shopping street in Berlin, where you can find all the big designer names. In the evening, visit one of the old theaters close by Zoo Station which were nightlife hot spots in the 1920s, or dine in one of the many international restaurants around Savignyplatz before heading to other parts of town for a night out.
