Very efficient & friendly staff. Very large apartments, especially for Europe. Very good value (size & quality of apartment for the price). Location is very central. We are currently staying here & having a great time.

We had to stay izn Berln for 5 nights and took a chance on the Aparthotel Residenz. Stayed in a compact studio with a large balcony overlooking a quiet garden. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The staff pleasant and efficient. The cost was far more reasonable than a hotel and fhe location was fine.
