Very nice staff, alle were very helpful and avaliable at all time. The room was small and very dusty. At arrival we found chewinggum under the bed, witch was a bit disgusting. The shower door was broken and the windows were old and could only open wide, witch wasn't good with small children. Overall, we've had a great trip, but... More

This accommodation is 1 minute walk from the Underground Station "Augsburger Strasse" and just a few minutes walk to the "Kurfürstendamm" and Kaiser-Wilhelm-Gedächtnis-Kirche. The hotel is low priced category without any luxury but, depending on your personal demands it is ok for a short stopover or city trip. The furniture are a bit aged with marks but the room, bathroom,... More

This 3 stars hotel has a private free car park, good breakfast and Wi-Fi in all places. It is very close to main shopping street in Berlin - about 10 min on the foot. There are many shops, pubs, restaurants etc. Station of the metro is about 100 meters from hotel. Very good relationship between price and condition. I recommend... More

And I like to stay with young people. KaDeWe and Kudamm in walking distance. Some good restaurants in sourounding.. I like to go to R 23 and others. Tube station... More

Unless you are younger than 18 or really want to save money, this place is not for you. I had to run away during the first night because of partying all around and it could be fun, but not if you really want to sleep at night. The worse is that the land Lady claimed she was there all night... More

The Hotel Arrival has some great murals and props lying around, but the novelty of this wears off when it's obvious the rooms aren't anything special. Free wifi in the rooms is pretty nice, however. Smoked salmon on the breakfast buffet is also a nice touch.

Staying in Charlottenburg

Neighborhood Profile
Charlottenburg
Breathe in Berlin’s royal past while walking through the gardens of beautiful Charlottenburg Palace, which lends its name to this well-heeled neighborhood. Here you'll find some of the oldest homes in the city: upper-class apartment buildings with ornate facades and marble-floored foyers line the cobblestone streets. Stroll by sophisticated restaurants, through little parks, or around Lake Lietzensee. Window shop down Kurfürstendamm, the most renowned high-end shopping street in Berlin, where you can find all the big designer names. In the evening, visit one of the old theaters close by Zoo Station which were nightlife hot spots in the 1920s, or dine in one of the many international restaurants around Savignyplatz before heading to other parts of town for a night out.
