Warm wellcome and very helpfull staff. The breakfast was a treat. Very functional and clean rooms. Well trained barkeepers that had time for a chat and gave us tips for our city sightseeing. We would have styed more then the 4 nights in such a place. More

This hotel seems to have been built in the 60's with very wide corridors and a slightly austere feel but it is perfectly functional. The staff are excellent--polite, efficient, great service. A lovely hotel with good staff who are happy to adapt to requirements. My only issue is that what they call a hotel suite, I call a large hotel room (not a suite). My room was clean, bright, airy and well appointed and when I return to Berlin I will return to the Hotel Ellington. More

We stayed for just two nights. Wonderful hotel serving extensive buffett breakfast. Extremely clean rooms and lovely bar with excellent bar food. Also has an elegant restaurant which we did not use. The staff here are so helpful and we do not hesitate to recommend it. Best break ever only wish it were for longer. More

Converted into a hotel from a 1920's buildilng with many of the original features retained, like the lifts and wonderful metal framed windows.
