Clean, friendly service, good location, good prices! The breakfast buffet was fine. The lift is an antique thing and must be preserved! All over: a clean, friendly little hotel with a very good location.

We found that hotel reasonable, good breakfast buffet, (ok, the bread was not fresh) but enough for all tastes. Rooms been very big and clean, unfortunately without toilet. This was on the corridor. It could be said 3 stars are too much for this standard and the price not very cheap. However, I would book it again.

It's ''not bad'', very noisy. We were kept awake by neighbors till well after 01:00. Breakfast was OK. Quite difficult to find the place as well, it doesn't look like a hotel at first. The down floor doesn't belong to the hotel. I'd choose another hotel if i need to go to Berlin again. It's not worth the money, it's... More

Ik schrijf het in engels ivm international. We were visitors of this hotel 25-08-2014 and it was terrible. Bad Rooms, unhygienic, rude employee's and even getting cussed at in Russian We came into a 2 person room at the end of the hall and it looked awful, kind of expected it because of the low price so I didn't bother... I stayed in this hotel with a friend for five nights. The hotel is located off the KuDamm. The room was situated on the second floor near the reception looking out on a courtyard. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was fine. The room was very clean . An extra bonus was the free wifi, very handy for looking... More

Hotel located just off Kurfurstendamm so ideally placed for attractions & eateries. Hotel is sited in the middle of a large old building also occupied by private & business premises. Room adequately furnished with very comfortable beds & reasonably sized shower room. Two requests to Reception for additional pillow & sink plug repair were promptly met. Great continental breakfast included... More

Stayed here for 1 night and I wish I could have stayed longer. Special thanks to both Andreis and Olga who took care of me and were nice all the time. You get breakfast and wifi. My room was on 2nd floor, carpeted, satellite TV, modern restroom, comfortable bed and a window where I got some nice sunlight from. Will... More

Located on a quiet side street to KuDamm, but close to two metro stations. The shops on KuDamm are really expensive high end shops like Armani, Prada, Dolce & Gabbana. Lots of restaurants in all price ranges near the hotel. Small supermarkets and fast food joints also close by. The hotel is an old beautiful building in need of some... More

The location was great, easy to walk to shops and restaurants. We found street parking as well. The staff were friendly and the room was clean. We chose to not pay for the breakfast there and walk around the corner to eat at a restaurant where we could sit outside. The hotel was clean, but damp. There is truly a... More

Staying in Charlottenburg

Neighborhood Profile
Breathe in Berlin’s royal past while walking through the gardens of beautiful Charlottenburg Palace, which lends its name to this well-heeled neighborhood. Here you'll find some of the oldest homes in the city: upper-class apartment buildings with ornate facades and marble-floored foyers line the cobblestone streets. Stroll by sophisticated restaurants, through little parks, or around Lake Lietzensee. Window shop down Kurfürstendamm, the most renowned high-end shopping street in Berlin, where you can find all the big designer names. In the evening, visit one of the old theaters close by Zoo Station which were nightlife hot spots in the 1920s, or dine in one of the many international restaurants around Savignyplatz before heading to other parts of town for a night out.
