“avoid the same mistake”

We stayed for 6 nights and I didn't see a single smile from any staff! And don't believe in the pictures, the hotel definitely doesn't look like them. The staff doesn't speak English - all questions I made, they answered me in German. From S-Bahn is around 30 minutes to city centre.

The hotel is located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of a somewhat sketchy looking building right across from the Funkturm. We were greeted somewhat coldy (perhaps because the lady did not speak English?) and when we asked questions she didn't really answer...but the room we got was AWESOME. NIce size, comfortable.
