These apartments are not what you would call comfortable and homely, rather they are business-like. My single apartment had a room containing bed, lounge, desk, TV and a small kitchenette with microwave, hotplate and fridge. There was also an ensuite with a shower. We're currently staying at this simple,clean and cheap apartment hotel in Berlin. It's right in front of the underground station Bulow which is convenient and therefore in easy reach of both the old west and east parts of Berlin.
