Spent 4 nights at this hotel for city break. Excellent location. Easy access to transport and city sites. Hotel itself very clean and staff all very friendly and helpful. Would have liked tea making facilities in the room but otherwise room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. Breakfast was included in our stay and there was plenty of choice.

We stayed here for 4 nights and cannot fault this hotel. Modern, clean with good amenities. Easy walking distance to many sites including Brandenburg Gate. We arrived @ Schonefield airport & travelled to the hotel using the Airport Express train. Hotel is in a great location with both trams and trains at the door step. Only about 15 minutes walk from the Brandenberg Gate. River cruises departure at the door step. Plenty of places for meals and shopping. Staff were all very friendly, breakfast was busy but plenty of fod to go around with fast and friendly service.

Stayed here in March '13 - and still beaming! We upgraded to the Level rooms on floor 7 which gave us access to the Level lounge which was a fantastic addition to our trip. Staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was fantastic, the complementaries were great. If you're considering a stay in Berlin - STAY HERE!
