I was staying at this hotel 2 nights, and I loved it. The rooms was new, big and clean. All worked perfect. The parking in the garage was not very expencive as it use to be in hotel garages. The brekfast was delicious. So go ahead and try it out

We stayed here for two days while in Berlin, the location is very good, near the Metro, and near Checkpoint Charlie (about 15 min walk) It would be similar to a Comfort Inn here at the US. Its a modern chain with nice decor in a good location. Its priced right as well. We would stay here again when visiting... More

Just returned from 3 nights in Berlin and the Melia was the perfect base. Just round the corner from the station and situated on the river, the location is walking distance to most places in the city, and if we felt a bit lost we just headed for the river. The young guy who checked us in was friendly and... More

It was our first year anniversary and we upgraded to the "Level", which includes wifi (only in the lounge area) a fabulous breakfast and fantastic Hors d’oeuvres and free drinks (beer and hard stuff) or non-alcohlic drinks too. We received a bottle of champagne for our anniversary, which was a wonderful surprise and an added bonus! The staff was also... More

The trams below the hotel are shocking the room and the noise will make you crazy The front desk manger is rude and is not trying to help !!! All my requests to move to another room were rejected – the room that they offered me one day later after talking with the manger was not ready / clean and... More

Stayed here for two nights to experience Berlin and had a wonderful time. The hotel could not be in a better location! It's right by the train and subway stations, so if you're flying into Schoenfeld airport, you get on the train for a couple of euros and you're at the Melia! Many of the attractions and the very cool... More

The only hotel to stay in at Berlin. This is our second time here and again our stay was just great. We stayed three days. This hotel is very central to the major tourist attractions and public transport, you can walk to them all. Our room faced Friedrichstrasse, but we did not hear any noise. The room was big and... I stayed here for a meeting for two days in late-April and was very pleased with our stay and the value for money associated with the room nights. Our rate included breakfast, which I found to be quite generous and varied in the number of items on offer. Food was fresh & tasty, and the coffee was also quite good.... More

This hotel was just a big dissappointment. I told them in advance that we want to check in earlier and no room was avaible. The receptioniste even did not take us serious and answered that they are so well booked they have no early check in, beside smoking rooms. Later we came back and got the most terrible room ever.... We had a room looking over the Spree, and even being right on Friedrichstrasse you could not hear any noise. The rooms are very comfortable, the staff is friendly, helpful and efficient, the restaurant was a total surprise - excellent. You would not guess that you would get such gourmet food at the hotel. We were a big family group,... More
