The apartment was clean and nice, quite comfortable, works fine for family as well as for group of friends but you need to checkout at 10 AM and they do not allow you to keep more than one baggage at their reception.

We were joined by our adult son for a stay in Berlin, en route to Paris. Three adults require room (!), a commodity distinctly lacking in most traditional hotels. Apartments are in a great location. We had a one bedroom it was very spacious and clean. There is a grocery store that is very close. The pillows are terrible, no support that appears to bd the case all over Germany because every place we have been gas the same pillows!

Our apartment along with some others here were burglarized on 22 March 2013. The thieves stole our ipad and ipods. Other guests had their passports, money and laptops stolen. The police took our statements and filed reports but nothing more could be done. If you decide to stay here, be forewarned.

The location is amazing and we got a 2 bedroom apartment on the 7th floor with great view. It was very spacious and clean. The kitchen was well equiped and there's a wonderful supermarket one block away. I stayed here during the ITB expo in Berlin, which is a huge travel trade fair, where most hotels double or triple their rates, therefore you need to look for a bargain.
