It's a great location and the people are very nice. But one night I tried to unlock the door to my room and it didn't work. I tried several times, then reluctantly looked around for a way to contact the manager. There's no staff at the front desk at night, but there is someone elsewhere in the building. I contacted her, and she came downstairs, tried the lock, and confirmed it was broken. Then she called someone who appeared to be the manager and handed me the phone. The manager said I'd have to stay in a different room that night without my bags, but fortunately the person on duty found a locksmith who broke the lock so I could move myself and my bags to a different room.
Nobody's fault really - things break sometimes. Still, part of the reason this place is cheap is that it's unstaffed at night, so if you encounter any problems be prepared to wait an hour or two before you find a solution. You might want to take your contact holder and solution with you when you go...
