The staff was helpful and waited our arrival notwithstanding the 6 hours delay of our flight. After phoning them they advised us they would send the item to our home country if we deposited $16.70 Euro into their bank account which we did. We , my husbund and me , stayed for 5 days. The hotelstuff was absolutly helpful and so friendly. The room was big and modern. I thinkk it was all refubished shortly. The breakfast was excellent. Metro station was only 3 minutes walk away. Alle sightseeing stuff and very important for my husband - pubs and clubs not far away.... more

We had a horrible stay at this pension. Rooms are very low standard and the staff is extremely unfriendly and unprofessional. Its very rate that I complain about hotels but I cannot recommend this place to anybody. more

My wife, three children (16years, 15years and 13years) and I stayed in the Bellevue in January 2006.Room would sleep six however was a tight squeeze. Location fine, five minutes walk to nearest underground station. Staff pleasant and helpful.Breakfast varied and plentiful. Building warm (important in January) and room was clean. Would definately stay in the Bellevue again. more
