This hotel was so easy to find, close to so many different sights and with an easy commute to others. Check-in was so easy and cannot say enough good things about the rooms, amentiies within were fabulous considering the price! The hotel was well located in the centre of Berlin. Staff were more friendly and helpful than the average big city centre hotel and proved to be very prepared to provide us with all the information we needed - which was a lot considering we had left home without a guidebook - local knowledge always the best! We stayed for two nights in late April. All the staff were friendly, breakfast was a wide selection, fresh and more than adequate. Seating for breakfast was a little quirky, but we enjoyed it. We stayed 4 nights at the Suitehotel and we really enjoyed it. The location is superb, 5 minutes from Postdamer Platz, 15-20 to the Brandenburg Gate and 10 to Checkpoint Charlie. The beds are very hard, our backs where sore every morning. The beds are made from a wooden plate and a matress! Breakfast is poor for 13 euro per person and you are seated in sofas or on a bar desk. I stayed for two nights in this hotel. I made the reservation by internet, and used the rate Hot Deals. (Paid by credit card). I had no problems with the reservation made earlier by the internet.
