This is by far one of our favorite stops on our two week trip in Europe. The Lego apartment is EXTREMELY well located and the place is simply fantastic. Antonio met us upon arrival and was concise, complete, friendly and professional. Everything from the design and decor of the actual apartment down to the font they've chosen for their online... After a short two minute walk from Eberswalder Str. U-Bahn station, we arrived at Linnen, a relaxed and beautifully designed interior put us immediately at ease. We were welcomed as if we were an old friend - a great first impression of the Berlin lifestyle. We were then shown to our room, a place that could have been plucked out... More

Close to restaurangs, shopping and historical places. A very nice apartment with a lot of space. Easy to get to the AirPort with bus, you had the S- bahn, buses and U- bahn in a short distance. The apartment have three rooms and a kitchen and a quite area around.

Located in Prenzlauer Berg. This tiny (4 bedrooms) boutique hotel is an amazing base for your Berlin get away. We stayed in the smallest room (it was the only one available), clad in wood, with a bird house on the wall! Very cosy, and despite my initial misgivings, more than enough room. Despite being in a busy area, we always... More

Great stay for 4 nights. It is well located for Prenzlauer Berg and the U Bahn. There are lots of local restaurants and interesting shops. Good place for families with great local playgrounds and ice cream vendors. Room was well appointed but no TV (we did not mind that). No room service but you can request more towels, etc.

Hotel Linnen is above a cafe that sells excellent coffee. It is easily accessible from other parts of the city. The building is beautiful, with a lot of original woodwork. Some rooms have small balconies which overlook the street or a courtyard. The rooms have traditional decoration, and lovely comfortable beds & furniture.

Linnen's location is perfect. Cafes, bars and amazing restaurants wherever you turn, tram and metro a couple of hundred yards away, and leftover bits of the Wall to check out right down the street. The apartment (ours was Room 1) was fantastic, with plenty of room and an extremely comfortable bed. For a city apartment it was surprisingly quiet. The... More

We stayed for two nights at Linnen's Luxx apartment in Rosa-Luxembourg Strasse in Mitte area and loved every minute of it. The apartment was really spacious, plenty of room for five people. Cool, minimalistic decor with some vintage furniture and wooden floors. Great location near Hackerscher Markt and Alexanderplatz, so plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. All public transport accessible... More

Stayed four nights here, apartment was clean and comfortable, the location was great, walking distance of most places and the u Bahn only 5 mins away. Good restaurants and drinking also within walking distance. Great to book both apartments with friends. Only criticism was, lack of cups and wine glasses in PARK 2

Studio Lego in streetleval. Nice and cool. Comfortable beds.Outside some traffice and noice. The area was great. Don't miss the Italian restaurant next door, antipasto. Orthe butcher around the corner next to U2, currywurst and sauerkraut.

Staying in Prenzlauer Berg

Neighborhood Profile
Prenzlauer Berg
No Berlin neighborhood has undergone a greater change than Prenzlauer Berg. The artists and non-conformists that defined the district’s intriguing subculture in the 1980s and 90s have been replaced by a young, hip crowd that frequents the many cafes. Where there were once run-down houses in the shadow of the Berlin Wall, there are now designer shops. Beautiful old homes have been modernized and renovated, and on Sundays, thousands turn the park next to remnants of the wall into a playground for street artists, musicians, and flea market shoppers. This attracts young urban families who enjoy the balance of big city life and small-town comfort. Meanwhile, trendy, young, upper-class visitors from all over the world are attracted to the local high-end shops, cafés, and sophisticated bars and restaurants. The merits of this transformation are a favorite topic of debate around the city, but it makes for some of the best people-watching Berlin has to offer.
