We stayed at hotel Q during our first trip to berlin, the reception staff were extremely helpful and gave us top quality recommendations and advice on what and what not to do, each evening the staff assisted us in choosing an appropriate restaurant to satisfy and meet our needs. Every single one of these restaurants provided us with a thoroughly... More

We stayed for 3 nights with a deal from secret escapes. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful on arrival. The rooms were very clean and comfy, everything was very compact, the bin hidden in a little space and likewise the hair dryer but we found them eventually. There was no tea/ coffee making facilities in the room, which would... More

After 3 years in this hotel for the fair Fruit Logistica, I missed last year because the hotel was full... So my colleagues and I came back again in 2015! :) The team is pleasant and available. I was also happy to see that the quality of services (room, breakfast, dinner…) is still there. I was a little bit afraid... More

I have been to Berlin a few times but this was my first visit to this hotel. This is a fabulous hotel for a number of reasons. Firstly the staff are brilliant. The reception staff when we arrived were welcoming and so helpful. Taking us up to our room and showing how the key worked etc On another evening the... More

My first time in berlin and the staff at hotel q, really welcomed us and made sure we were comfortable and well cared for. Our room was comfortable, luxurious, plush and very querky. A really must stay place, when coming to berlin. Food is good, drinks are good value. Cannot find fault.

We spent a weekend here after a business trip. Qwirky layout of the bedroom with the bath next to the bed, and not a lot of room, but the bed was very comfortable. They layout of the public rooms were very different with red walls and floors with curves and not clutter. The staff were very friendly and helpful. the... More

This was a great little find. Location was supberb, close to an underground and an overground rail. The shopping strip around the corner was awesome. The staff were super friendly, especially when i asked for an additional pillow or two (which was arranged when we were out for the day). Xmas markets were an easy walk away Some things to... More

We will stay here for 2 nights, explore Berlin a little bit. So far, hotel is located in a good location, 10min walk to the subway/underground. If you are here in Christmas, it took you only 10 min walk to the biggest Christmas market here. Room is modern, clean and function. I like their bed style. Only one bad thing... More

Staying in Charlottenburg

Neighborhood Profile
Charlottenburg
Breathe in Berlin’s royal past while walking through the gardens of beautiful Charlottenburg Palace, which lends its name to this well-heeled neighborhood. Here you'll find some of the oldest homes in the city: upper-class apartment buildings with ornate facades and marble-floored foyers line the cobblestone streets. Stroll by sophisticated restaurants, through little parks, or around Lake Lietzensee. Window shop down Kurfürstendamm, the most renowned high-end shopping street in Berlin, where you can find all the big designer names. In the evening, visit one of the old theaters close by Zoo Station which were nightlife hot spots in the 1920s, or dine in one of the many international restaurants around Savignyplatz before heading to other parts of town for a night out.
