Hotel Q is a great place to stay if you are visiting Berlin, it is far enough away from the hustle and bustle to have a relaxing trip however it is still only 20 minutes on the train to the city centre and attractions. Lots of quiet restaurants & cafes nearby and some great parks to go for a walk... More

This was my first time to a city that I had long promised myself to visit and the Hotel "Q" proved to be a wise choice as a jumping off point for this Berlin Virgin. The hotel has a modern contemporary feel with good sized clean and comfortable rooms, ours looked inwards onto a fairly uninspiring courtyard that had some... More

Good location, right next to Kurfürstendamm, close to S bahn, reached Alexander Platz in less than 15 minutes. Nice rooms, MAGNIFICENT breakfast, very friendly staff. Improvement suggestions: Safe in the room, and cheaper drinks prices in the bar - that was really too expensive, compared to other bars etc. in the neighbourhood. We would definately stay at this hotel again,... More

Standard hotel that is good for a weekend. Stayed 4 nights. Aircon in the room, and the bed was nice. Good location close to Savignyplatz and public transportation. Also close to Kantstrasse with very good restaurants. Rented bike at the hotel, 30 EUR for 72 hours. Breakfast was 20 EUR, did not buy it since there were many good options... More

Stayed here for 5 nights when visiting Berlin. Great neighbourhood with lots of cafes, bars, shops and restaurants close by. The S-bahn is also at the end of the road and easy to access all popular tourist attractions. The staff were very friendly. The rooms were well equipped with everything you need apart from tea and coffee facilities, sometimes you... More

Hotel Q! Berlin is a very fancy, nicely decorated boutique hotel very close to most of the central sight seeing highlights. And of course to the "Kantstrasse" where you can find brilliant restaurants, Cafés and Bars. The Q! staff is very charming and friendly. Will return however it's not a cheap one...but value for money.

This was our second visit to the Hotel Q!, having stayed last summer. As before, everything was great - the rooms are very comfortable and well equipped, the location is excellent for shopping and sightseeing, and the staff are friendly and efficient. The area is very vibrant, plenty of lively cafe-bars and a great choice of super restaurants within a... More

Staying in Charlottenburg

Neighborhood Profile
Charlottenburg
Breathe in Berlin’s royal past while walking through the gardens of beautiful Charlottenburg Palace, which lends its name to this well-heeled neighborhood. Here you'll find some of the oldest homes in the city: upper-class apartment buildings with ornate facades and marble-floored foyers line the cobblestone streets. Stroll by sophisticated restaurants, through little parks, or around Lake Lietzensee. Window shop down Kurfürstendamm, the most renowned high-end shopping street in Berlin, where you can find all the big designer names. In the evening, visit one of the old theaters close by Zoo Station which were nightlife hot spots in the 1920s, or dine in one of the many international restaurants around Savignyplatz before heading to other parts of town for a night out.
