I have been to Berlin a few times but this was my first visit to this hotel. This is a fabulous hotel for a number of reasons. Firstly the staff are brilliant. The reception staff when we arrived were welcoming and so helpful. Taking us up to our room and showing how the key worked etc On another evening the... More

My first time in berlin and the staff at hotel q, really welcomed us and made sure we were comfortable and well cared for. Our room was comfortable, luxurious, plush and very querky. A really must stay place, when coming to berlin. Food is good, drinks are good value. Cannot find fault.

We spent a weekend here after a business trip. Qwirky layout of the bedroom with the bath next to the bed, and not a lot of room, but the bed was very comfortable. They layout of the public rooms were very different with red walls and floors with curves and not clutter. The staff were very friendly and helpful. the... More

This was a great little find. Location was supberb, close to an underground and an overground rail. The shopping strip around the corner was awesome. The staff were super friendly, especially when i asked for an additional pillow or two (which was arranged when we were out for the day). Xmas markets were an easy walk away Some things to... More

We will stay here for 2 nights, explore Berlin a little bit. So far, hotel is located in a good location, 10min walk to the subway/underground. If you are here in Christmas, it took you only 10 min walk to the biggest Christmas market here. Room is modern, clean and function. I like their bed style. Only one bad thing... More

I made a mistake with my reservation for a week in December. The hotel staff responded to my email very quickly. They resolved my issue very quickly as well. The issue was clearly my fault and they didn't have to accommodate me. I much appreciated it.

We stayed there October 17 -- 23 (sorry I've been slow in reviewing). The decor of the hotel may seem bordel-like looking in the net, but it is not at all. Its modern, its attractive and its pleasant and beautiful. The people at the front desk are very helpful, as well as very good looking. The room is hip and... More

My favourite hotel in Berlin due to its amazing location in central west-Berlin surrounded my great restaurants. The rooms are not very big but enough for what you pay and feature a cool design with free wifi. THE BREAKFAST is absolutely fantastic. Food quality, friendly and funny service with selection of water and juices in the morning, tasty FRESH prepared... More

This hotel is something special. Location is right in the center - though expect to use transportation between the different parts of Berlin as it is not a typical walking city! Hotel reception is very helpful in all aspects and the rooms are great. We have a room with a bath - which is as deep as a plunge pool!... More

Staying in Charlottenburg

Neighborhood Profile
Charlottenburg
Breathe in Berlin’s royal past while walking through the gardens of beautiful Charlottenburg Palace, which lends its name to this well-heeled neighborhood. Here you'll find some of the oldest homes in the city: upper-class apartment buildings with ornate facades and marble-floored foyers line the cobblestone streets. Stroll by sophisticated restaurants, through little parks, or around Lake Lietzensee. Window shop down Kurfürstendamm, the most renowned high-end shopping street in Berlin, where you can find all the big designer names. In the evening, visit one of the old theaters close by Zoo Station which were nightlife hot spots in the 1920s, or dine in one of the many international restaurants around Savignyplatz before heading to other parts of town for a night out.
