The Ritz Carlton chain generally has good quality control standards and the Berlin outpost was no exception. As such, you will find what you may expect to find at any other Ritz Carlton - good sized, comfortable, clean rooms, nice decor and good facilities. The staff were very friendly and the location was very central also. The only thing that... More

Service is superb, rooms are OK, maybe a little overdecorated, bed was outstanding. We stay at Club Level where you can find day around an expert staff to assist, food was good, drinks at right mix. Downstairs bar could be better serve if tenders better understand their role. Piano man fun to join

Home away from home. My favorite hotel in Berlin. It adds more charm to the charming city. The only city I love in Germany is Berlin and The Ritz is where I find my joy there. From the moment I check in to the second I say goodbye, I feel I am pampered, loved and highly appreciated. NO MISTAKES. The... More

This is a great hotel. If you're going to be old-school, you have to do it well - and the Ritz-Carlton in Berlin does it really very well. The decor, food, atmosphere - 'ritzy' and suave. The service was second to none - eg, when they ran out of adaptors due to a huge conference of people from the UK... More

Had a 4 night stay at the Ritz Carlton Berlin during a business trip to the city, and was very excited to come back to this hotel. The property has very classic styling and a very traditional feel. It looked pretty much the same when i was here several years ago, and that's not necessarily a good thing. Service at... More

I stayed at the Ritz Carlton, Berlin with my boyfriend for two nights in the middle of January. Arriving from the cold weather into the beautiful warm lobby, where we were welcomed at the door was a nice start. From the moment we arrived until we departed the staff could not have been nicer to us. My boyfriend was arriving... More

My friend and I were absolutely delighted when we entered the lobby. That alone is so breathtakingly beautiful that we were instantly in awe with the hotel. It has that 1920s socialite feel to it, as if I was stepping right into a novel written by Evelyn Waugh. The service was very good, the room was very spacious, the beds... More

Amazing interms of location, venue, food and stuff I recommend it for everyone who is willing to stay in a fancy hotel and by the way it's not really expensive like the one in London. I don't want to state names but it will cost u almost 220 euros a day which is a similar rate to other hotels that... More

Visited the Ritz for 1 night in Feb whilst celebrating my daughters birthday. Standard of hotel was exactly what one would expect from a leading 5 star. However the staff exceeded my expectations, they couldn't have been more friendly or attentive. My only suggestion would be that the I pod docking station should be able to receive I phone 5... Staying in Charlottenburg

Neighborhood Profile
Charlottenburg
Breathe in Berlin’s royal past while walking through the gardens of beautiful Charlottenburg Palace, which lends its name to this well-heeled neighborhood. Here you'll find some of the oldest homes in the city: upper-class apartment buildings with ornate facades and marble-floored foyers line the cobblestone streets. Stroll by sophisticated restaurants, through little parks, or around Lake Lietzensee. Window shop down Kurfürstendamm, the most renowned high-end shopping street in Berlin, where you can find all the big designer names. In the evening, visit one of the old theaters close by Zoo Station which were nightlife hot spots in the 1920s, or dine in one of the many international restaurants around Savignyplatz before heading to other parts of town for a night out.
