Hotel room was basic but clean and functional and everything you need was there, Excellent value for money. Shame there is no Hotel restaurant but the Mama Mia Italian just down the road was excellent value and really good food. Staff were very helpful.

This hotel met all our requirements for our trip. Easy to get to and from the airport on 171 bus. Close to U-Bahn so easy to get to all the places we wanted to visit. Yes its not the most exciting and amazing hotel in the world but the staff were helpful, room was clean, price and breakfast reasonable. At... More

I traveled with my husband and our small baby. The staff was ok, without being extremely nice, but I suppose this is normal German hospitality. The elevator was so old and small, the pathway from elevator to the room extremely narrow, you can't carry luggage or a baby stroller very easy. Internet for free only in the lobby. Room: bad... I traveled with my friends. The service wasn't good. Some stuff member had an attitude of "You disturb me go away". Some were nice. I didn't see anyone cleaning but the rooms where clean. Be aware that there is no air-conditioning in the hotel and and in the summer it will be very hot in the rooms. The location isn't... More

We stayed here for 3 nights while visiting Berlin as tourists. This is a no-frills kinda place. The room was okay, nothing special. I liked that they hung the hair dryer outside the bathroom so someone could do hair while someone else showered. It's close to a U-Bahn station and we didn't spend much time in the hotel so it... Having stayed in budget ibis where there was free wifi in rooms and air conditioning, I was disappointed as this had only free wifi in the lobby which was slow, dropped out. The hotel had no airconditioning, rooms became hot and stuffy. Linen wasn't changed in the beds only straightened and there was no fridge in the room. Some mould... More

Very simple hotel. No airconditioning or fans which means you have to open windows in warmer weather. Does not serve evening meals which is an issue due to limited restraunts. Breakfast is acceptable but very limited hot food Wireless is average and costs extra in rooms Rooms are new, clean, tidy and beds comfortable. Area has a somewhat shabby industrial... More
