I would give this place very good because of the value if it wasn't for the bad service from the daytime receptionist, she almost didnt look at me when we just standed there at the desk waiting for here to get of the computer, not even a hi before i said it. And the other guy asked us if we... More

I have stayed here several times for business, as its very close to our partners office. Its only 10-15 minutes from Tegel airport, and about the same from the city centre (expect a 15-18 euro charge). Amenities are excellent, food delicious and staff friendly and helpful. Rooms have everything you need, and the beds are especially comfy. Fantastic value for... More

We staid during the soccer wm 2014 endgame at the hotel an enjoyed with a lot of other people the final between Germany and Argentina. Very central and nice rooms at an affordable rate. Close by in walking distance you can catch the river cruise ships which bring you to the "Regierungsbezirk" and even further down till the former wall... More

I booked a few days at the Adrema Berlin ,done flights and hotel, incl. breakfast with easyjet,, I had read some previous reviews of this hotel but kept an open mind, I must say that I think ,after staying here ,that some of the people who gave negative or bad reviews must be very hard to please as I found... Stayed in Adrema Hotel for a business meeting at Fraunhoffer. The hotel is nicely located close to the stop of the TXL bus (10 mins on foot) from the Tegel Airport, right on the river bank. Personnel is very friendly and helpful, trying to accommodate all your needs even when the hotel is crowded. Breakfast area is really nice, the... More

I stayed in the Adrema as part of a group from 27-30 July with temperatures in Berlin over 30 degrees. Airconditioning was not working in most of the hotel and there seemed to be no indication of when it would be fixed. Staff could only suggest to another member of our group that he write a letter of complaint. Not... More

We booked this hotel the night before via priceline and managed to get a rally good deal. However breakfast was not included and their breakfast buffet did look good! However, my husband and I didn't want to spend 32 euros for both of us, but instead we walked a block over to Edeka (there is also Aldi and Penny's nearby)... More

We - my wife and myself - just returned from a four-night trip to Berlin. Adrema hotel was up to our expectations: - Nice hotel, friendly service - Spacy room, good beds - The neigborhood had a lot of small (not fancy) restaurants. - Connections to the Tegel airport were excellent (TXL bus stop some 300 meters away) - Subway... Stayed 5 nights in june 2014. Had a river facing room and, as others commented, the view is superb. Wifi was awful. Service in general was fine. Far fom the U-S trains, nearest station was 20 minutes on foot via a depressing part of town. Not much of a "neighborhood" feel around the hotel, really not much to do or... More

Staying in Moabit

Neighborhood Profile
Moabit
You may not realize Moabit is one of the city’s most central neighborhoods when you arrive at Hauptbahnhof (central station). Surrounded by waterways, Moabit is a quiet island protected from the hustle and bustle of Berlin. The crowds that do gather prefer spending their evenings in cozy restaurants over the party venues offered by other districts. With its beautiful parks, old housing and romantic industrial areas, life has traditionally been relaxed and a bit slower here. But the tone may soon be changing. Reasonable housing costs and proximity to city center are attracting more young Berliners and international visitors. This interest is encouraging new bars, cafés and nightclubs, making Moabit a candidate for most up-and-coming neighborhood in the city.
