Expected a party hostel after having read about in Lonely Planets shoestring-book. But when we arrived we were told that there could be no parties after 10 o'clock because of the neighbours.. The bed were the best we had during our interrail, and the location was all-right with the U-bahn close by.

I stayed here in Nov/Dec 1999. Located about five minutes from the closest u-bahn (metro) station, this hostel can be found in a quiet backstreet. When I was there it was almost empty. It is cheap, though very basic. The communal lounge was a decent place to meet new people. Not bad, though nothing special.
