We booked this hotel last minute (at the same day of the arrival) due to the cancellation of another hotel, so it was very cheap and we didn't really expect a lot of it. But we couldn't be more surprised! Both the young and the older man at the reception were very nice to us during our stay. The room... More

It is very well-kept, clean and quite appointed hotel with friendly staff who always have good suggestions for u, in a very calm and nice area, almost near to Hauptbahnhof. Anytime back in Berlin I will stay in this hotel, if the price remains as reasonable as it is.

This hotel is functional at best, dissapointing at worst. Staff are friendly enough but its location is poor and I didn't feel comfortable walking around the neighborhood. Room was big enough to fit a single bed and my travel case but I had to hurdle that to get into the bathroom which is not big enough to lift your arms.... More

Booked this hotel as near my friend's flat. It was very simple and straightforward but had everything we needed for a short stay. Appreciated the fridge in the room and that it had a bath as well as a shower. The bed was a little close to the wall on one side, which was odd as the room was a... More

Stayed at this hotel for one night. Got a bargain price, and Hotel was a 5 to 10 min walk to closest U-Bahn. Room was clean, good beds, bathroom was clean. Very friendly and helpful reception lady. Minus was noise from corridors, that was passing through out-dated room doors, and a bit out dated room interior. We had breakfast in... More

On the night of our stay there had been a small mix up with rooms and we decided we would stay with friends instead. The staff understood completely and are arranging a full refund. It makes us want to go back next time we are in Berlin. Thoroughly recommend as staff were very helpful too.

Very clean, well kept hotel, nothing fancy, but very adequate. Our room was large enough, with a balcony and a mini fridge (which is not always a given) and the bathrooms are updated. Wifi worked well. Staff was professional, attentive and helpful. Excellent breakfast every morning in their cosy dining room.(well worth the 9€) Located in a quiet residential area... More

Location is good, quiet, not a lot to see in the neighbourhood... Far from train station. Hotel is a very small "house", and inside everything is tight... Rooms are tiny (mine was), elevator wasnot working in first days (my room was on 4th floor...), breakfast is small, in a small room... Personnel is ok, other clients in hotel are mixed... More

I stayed for four days. Standard twin room. I chose this hotel on reasonable costs and high value at the review. It took me about 10 minutes to go this hotel from Bellevue Sta.(S-Bahn) on foot. It was rather hard with suitcase. But we can get on the bus from Berlin Hbf. to Otto str. It's 2 minutes' walk to... More

My freind n I could found this hotel at the perfect time; we were traveling through Berlin and stumbled accross it online. The room size, location and staff are great. The cost is reasonable, since we stayed for half a week. This hotel has been saved on my list places to stay in Berlin.

Staying in Moabit

Neighborhood Profile
Moabit
You may not realize Moabit is one of the city’s most central neighborhoods when you arrive at Hauptbahnhof (central station). Surrounded by waterways, Moabit is a quiet island protected from the hustle and bustle of Berlin. The crowds that do gather prefer spending their evenings in cozy restaurants over the party venues offered by other districts. With its beautiful parks, old housing and romantic industrial areas, life has traditionally been relaxed and a bit slower here. But the tone may soon be changing. Reasonable housing costs and proximity to city center are attracting more young Berliners and international visitors. This interest is encouraging new bars, cafés and nightclubs, making Moabit a candidate for most up-and-coming neighborhood in the city.
