We stayed at room 23, up side down. Fun room, but not very clean. Compared to the other rooms it was maybe a bit boring, but convenient for our kids to sleep in boxes. It was easy to check in before noon, but after the staff had left, the lobby was a bit gloomy, Lights were swithed off. Easy parking... More

If you want to experience a real difference go there. Every room is very cool unique arty. It is central. Music is homemade by the owner. Breakfast is still in my mind; means it is good. Also bathroom design is interesting. The materials they used in design is very unique and solid.

This is a brilliant place to stay if you love quirkiness above comfort. It is not fancy but is clean and unique. The staff were friendly and approachable. There is no staff around in the eve they have a safe box to collect your key which is great unless you have an issue (we had no towels in our room)... More

Stayed as a couple with our two children here recently. The "artsyness" factor of the rooms is truly impressive, at first glance. The lack of comfort, however, begins when you actually stay in the room. No shampoo or even soap in the shower. Not enough room to relax comfortably. No closet to hang your coat or clothing! In the case... More

Ive stayed here twice : once earlier this month (in the coffin room: “Gruft”) and once in 2009 (in the Two Lions room: the one with cages) . Both times were great! Two Lions is probably the coolest room I have ever seen! And it’s incredibly spacious! Not only do you have the cages to sleep in, but also an... More

From Schönefeld we made our way to the train station. Very complicated and the train worker was not helper. After three trains we managed to get out at the right stop. I would advise a taxi. Arrived at hotel at midnight. Area quiet. Our key was in a hole in the wall which we retrieved by putting in a code.... More

Just come back from a four night stay in Berlin at Propeller Island. When you book, you are asked to give three different options, in case your preferred room isn't available. When we received the response, we were offered two nights in room 22 and two in room 24. Check out the website for pictures of the rooms - my... More

This hotel was one of the reasons for including Berlin to our Europe trip by car for the first time, and then when travelling again some month later to Berlin, we didn't have any doubts where to stay there. This is really a fancy hotel in the center of Berlin for those couples who are looking for inspiration, adventure and... More

This is the craziest, funkiest hotel i have ever stayed in. This place is awesome. 30+ rooms all different themes. Some are more tame than others. Do not miss the oportunity to stay in a truely unique and exciting hotel. Special mention goes to the hostess, Valentina, Always very helpful and perky at breakfast to start your day.
