This hotel is in a good location - on the KuDamm, near the Kaiser Wilhelm Church and 5 mins walk to the Zoo S-Bahn Station, from where you can pretty much get anywhere easily. It is not a 4 Star hotel though. We were intitially given a room on the 5th floor which was grubby and stank of cigarette smoke.... more

The hotel was is a great location. The staff was very nice and helpful and the breakfast was fantastic. The rooms could use some renovations, such as new carpet or flooring and modern furnishings. Everything was a bit dated looking but still, the sheets and blankets were clean. more

The hotel is in a good location on the main shopping street and very near to the zoo and u-bahn, s-bahn station. The area was busy and felt safe at night. The hotel entrance was a lot nicer than the rooms but the one we had was large and although wasn't very modern and I wouldn't call it 4 star... more
