Room and bathroom very much ok ! staff friendly and helpfull. no free wifi, but cost only 6 euro per day. we especially loved the nextdoor restaurant ( with inside connection to hotel ) Löwenbrau where we found excellent bayerich food for less money then anywhere else in berlin.

The exterior doesn't look very promising, however, the rooms are really very decent. I would rather rate it 3.5 stars then 4. If you want a quick city trip, this is fine. Breakfast is good, staff is friendly. A no-nonsense good-deal hotel.

We stayed here for five nights. The hotel is easily in walking distance of many of the historic sites. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Great value for the money.

The hotel is modern and conveniently located for tourists between Gendarmenmarkt to the North and Checkpoint Charlie to the South.
